ADMISSIONS & TUITION

We're excited that you're exploring Hilltop Academy!

Families interested in having their child attend Hilltop Academy must complete an application and interview process. Admission is based on a selection process that ensures that learners, families, and our school are a strong fit for each other, sharing the school’s vision, mission, core values, and beliefs.

Hilltop Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, or disability. Hilltop intentionally strives to maintain a diverse school community representative of our local and global communities.

THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS

The steps for admission are outlined below. Simply click the arrow beside each step to view more details.

We recognize that what may feel clear to us, may not feel clear to you, so please reach out by phone or email with any questions- big or small!

We're here to make the application process a smooth and supportive one and we truly look forward to talking with you!

You'll find our contact information below.

We are intentionally small!

For our inaugural year, we have capacity for 15-18 Hilltop Heroes!

A limited number of seats are still available-start your admissions process today to secure your spot.

Step 1: Submit Inquiry Form

Completing the Inquiry Form the first step in getting to know you and your child, understand what drew you to Hilltop Academy, and ensure the best communication possible.

Step 2: Schedule an Informational Session

An informational session will allow you and your child to learn everything there is to know about Hilltop Academy. This is an excellent time for you and your child to ask any and all questions!

Step 3: Complete an Application

After attending an information session, your next step is to complete an application. To ensure a personalized experience, we send a private application link via email upon request.

Admissions for our inaugural year are on a rolling basis, with seats reserved in order of completed applications and steps, so early participation helps secure placement.

Step 4: Schedule the Student & Parent/Caregiver Interviews

Our admission process requires separate interviews with the learner and their caregiver. This allows us to determine if we are a good mutual fit and provides another Q & A opportunity.

Why the parent/caregiver interview ? We believe parents/caregivers are integral to the success of their child at Hilltop Academy and seek their involvement. This interview is a chance to discuss involvement opportunities and any other details related to admission, enrollment, and school programming.

While we recommend scheduling learner and parent/caregiver interviews consecutively, we are happy to accommodate your schedule.
