Before you beginning completing the application, it is important to note that the application should be completed all in one sitting. At this time the form is not able to save your work for you to complete later. For that reason, you should gather everything you will need to complete this application, which includes the following items to upload:
Most recent report card
End of year report card for previous school year
Any IEP, 504, and/or Behavior Plan
3 Letters of recommendation: parent/caregiver, teacher, other (coach, instructor, or youth group leader)
If you prefer, you may submit the application without uploading the aforementioned items and instead send as an attachment through email to: admissions@hilltopheroes.org
It is important to note that applications are considered complete only when all items are received.
